With a focus on deep heal­ing, bal­ance, and move­ment, Sebas­t­ian brings a unique and trans­for­ma­tive approach to body­work that com­bines gen­tle stretch­ing, mind­ful pres­sure, and ener­gy flow.

After spend­ing 10 years in the Air Force, Sebas­t­ian felt called to explore a path in health well­ness. As a mas­sage ther­a­pist he has stud­ied many tech­niques, but Thai body­work cap­tured his attention—not only for its deeply ther­a­peu­tic ben­e­fits, but for its abil­i­ty to bring both body and mind into a state of calm and bal­ance. He’s pas­sion­ate about help­ing oth­ers recov­er, realign, and recon­nect with them­selves through this unique and ancient practice.

He is now offer­ing 90 and 120 minute Thai body­work ses­sions, per­fect for any­one seeking:
